Advisory Committees
Advisory Committees are volunteer groups that focus on one aspect of the Town of Southeast.

Board of Assessment Review
Any tax reduction agreed to between a property owner and the Assessor will be ratified by the Board of Assessment Review.

Historic Sites Commission
The Historic Commission serves to protect, enhance and preserve certain landmarks and historic sites within the Town.

Planning Board / Architectural Review Board
The Town of Southeast Planning Board office accepts and processes land use applications and will meet with applicants to assist with the planning process for future use of a parcel of land or to discuss where they may wish to locate their business within the Town of Southeast.

Zoning Board of Appeals
It is the responsibility of the Zoning Board of Appeals to hear and decide appeals and interpretations of the Town of Southeast Zoning Code.
