Brewster Heights Water Update

Dear Brewster Heights and Eagles Ridge Residents,

We apologize for the discolored water currently affecting the district. VRI believes this issue was caused by the activation of the emergency fire pump, which likely impacted the water tanks.

We understand the situation has worsened this evening, and a crew is on the way to flush hydrants and adjust the plant to clear up the water as quickly as possible. VRI has assured us that your calls have been received, and they are working to resolve the problem.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience as VRI address the issue.
